Digital products
All sales of digital products, subscriptions, and software licenses from Rhino AI LLC are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase.
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests within 30 days of purchase in the following cases:
- The product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue
- You were charged in error
- Technical failure on our side prevented product delivery
